An invigorating fun and challenging outdoor group training session. A combination of running, agility and strength exercises using bands, benches and circuits aimed to improve overall coordination, balance, strength, flexibility and cardio fitness.
Takes place at Lions Nature Park and Sai Kung Stadium.
Indoor Road Bike Training (IRT)
Indoor bike training sessions on Cycleops stationary bike trainers. A high-energy complete cardio cycle workout done to high energy music. The 50 minute high intensity interval training on road bikes will motivate and produce results fast. (need your own bike).
